Diagnostic
Your business thermogram
Check what your company does and pick the tools you use. Based on that I build a diagnostic exact to your company: where the data breaks between tools, how many hours and how much money go every year into work a system could take over, and what I'd connect or automate first. At the end you get a heat map: the colored zones show where you lose the most.
Step 1
What your company does
Check everything that applies — based on your choices I'll only show you the areas that actually concern you below. Clients and invoicing are included automatically: every company has them.
Step 2
What tools you use
For each area, choose what you use now. If you don't find it on the list, choose "Other" or the closest match. If you don't use anything, choose "None".
Step 3
How the data flows between them
This is where the problem shows. For each link, tell me whether the data moves on its own from one tool to another, or whether someone moves it manually.

How I got to these numbers
These are estimates, so you can see the order of magnitude. For your company, I calculate them exactly.
In the morning you ask a single assistant "what do I need to do today" and get the answer from every system at once: which orders are stuck, which quotes are waiting, who needs a call. That's what I build: I connect the tools you already have into one place that works for you.
Want the real map, for your company? A free 30-minute conversation where I show you exactly where the hours are going and what I'd connect first.

What the business thermogram is and what it shows you
The business thermogram is a fast, free diagnostic that shows you where time and money are lost in your company because your tools don't talk to each other. You check what you do and which tools you use, and at the end you get an estimate of the hours and money you lose in a year to manual work, copied data, and steps that stay stuck.
Why you lose hours between disconnected tools
When an order passes through three or four apps that aren't connected, someone copies the data from one to the other, checks it, fixes transcription errors, and hunts for information in several places. Each step looks small, but added up across hundreds of orders a month it becomes a real cost: hours of work you don't see on any invoice, plus the errors that reach the client.
Who it's useful for
For small and mid-size companies that feel like Excel has become "the system" and that too much time goes into reports and re-entering the same data. The result isn't a quote, it's a map: where the flow breaks and what it costs you. From there, you decide whether and where it's worth stepping in.
What you do with the result
You start from the biggest time leak, not the most expensive tool. Sometimes the answer is to clean up the existing flow; other times, to build the app that's missing. Most often, first one, then the other.
