What would it cost you?

You don't need to know the name of the solution. Tell me what's hurting, and I'll tell you what you need and what it costs — a realistic range, calculated on the same grid I use when I put together a quote. We set the firm number in a conversation.

Don't see yourself in any of these? Let's have a 30-minute conversation, we'll figure it out together.

How I estimate the cost of a solution

The estimator asks you to briefly describe what's hurting in your company and returns the right type of solution and a realistic price range. It isn't a firm quote: it's an order of magnitude, so you know from the first minute whether it fits your budget, before any conversation.

What affects the price

The scope and complexity, how many systems need to be connected, how much manual work the solution replaces, and how much it needs to be tailored to your process. A simple automation and an app with several integrations don't cost the same, and it's fair to see them differently.

Why a range, not a fixed number

Every company has a different process, so a fixed number sight unseen would be a polished lie. The range is honest; we set the firm number once I understand the real need, and you know the price before we start.
