What an operational audit means
An operational audit takes 2-3 days on site, plus about a week of analysis. I map the real flow, not the one from the org chart, from the moment an order or a lead comes in to delivery or payment. The result is a map of the current flow versus the proposed one, with clear priorities and KPIs you can track.
I don't propose generic solutions. Every recommendation starts from what I actually saw in your process, not from a theoretical framework applied mechanically.
